I had a positive experience working with the Renova team for a kitchen restoration project requiring drywall replacement work, resetting cabinetry, counter top setting, sink and dishwasher placement / connection, tile and finishing. They delivered quickly and effectively on a kitchen restoration which included kitchen cabinet installation of existing cabinets which were present onsite and temporarily removed. The team communicates consistently, and follows through on their word. I would trust them to work on future projects.

Briefly worked with nick and Renova team for my bathroom remodel in my Mercer island house. The work looks good overall. Tile work is good, drywall, paint, vanity ( we sourced it ourselves). The only concern was the cost of plumbing. I understand that licensed plumbers usually charge more but I didn’t expect it to be that much for a simple job like valves and fixtures replacement ( the plumbing work alone was $2900 plus the cost of permits). But the bathroom is done right and that’s what matters ( also you need to consider the fact the inspections by the city to sign off the permit might delay the job for a day or two and I didn’t expect that ) That’s the only reason it’s 4 star instead of 5. But, I will definitely hire them again should we have a project.

we had renova remodel our basement a few months back. it started as just fixing a leaking wall but ended up redoing the whole space and glad we did tbh. they put in drywall, a small bar area, shelves in the closets (super clean cuts), even moved the washer + dryer without drama. nick and mike were solid guys, always answered texts, not that salesy bs. prices were fair and they gave actual contractor pricing on some stuff, like tile, cabinets, flooring and closet stuff. didn’t skimp on materials either which i respect. overall solid experience. few hiccups but nothing sketchy. would use again.

These gentlemen were extremely professional, personal, and punctual. The three P's that every home owner is looking for. They were happy to handle all of our home repair jobs and did so quickly. From painting the walls and our deck, to grouping the floors in the bathroom, these guys handled it all with skill. They even did some touch up painting that we didn't request, they just saw it needed to be done and did it. I cannot say enough nice things about them.

Hired Renova Contractors for a bathroom remodel. It was a master bathroom remodel. My first point if contact was Nick and he was a pleasure to work with. I didnt have to wait for the estimate weeks he sent me it that day. The best part was we stayed on budget and no changes in pricing so his estimate was more if a cost sheet. They had a licensed plumber and electrician we did major layout changes. The walk-in shower with a soak tub in it is really an eye catcher. I worked with their interior designer Dayana she was really kind and did several rendering and consulted my wife and me on the colors and the palets. Mike was sourcing all the materials and passed the discount to us they get some sort if contractors discount through their suppliers. Anyways the project turned out great, on budget and on time. I give them a high rating because it was a smooth and stress free experience with great results. Thank you Renova Contractors keep up the great work.

Renova Contractors took care of structural damage after a tree fell on my home during the storm in Seattle. Their architect Alex was knowledgeable in his area of expertise and explained it to us easily. Since insurance was involved all work had to be on budget, and Renova achieved that. Thank you Nick, Mike and Renova team. My roof is completely rebuilt and done to the highest standard possible, they walked me through each step of the project.

Had a basement finishing project on my house in Magnolia. Hired Renova Contractors. Great experience, great craftsmanship, the project was completed on time and schedule. Nick and Mike were really good managers that handled everything perfectly, they helped me pick the right materials for flooring, the right size windows, did everything by electrical and plumbing code. Passed all city inspections. The crew showed up when promised, I had a direct line with them which made communication so much easier. Was not my first time working with a GC and they set the bar high. Great experience on the basement remodeling!

Renova contractors did an awesome job with building me my custom automotive shop. Nick was a great project manager, from my first call to my last call he was great at communicating, during the project he always kept me in the loop and updated on the stages of the project. Mike was a great guy to work with and Dima who built me the bathroom inside the garage was a pro in his field. The framing is done great I even took some photos sorry for the mess. I wish I took the photo before I parked all my projects in there. Renova contractors are just the perfect contractors, polite, communication is their priority along with craftsmanship.

I know a little bit about decks and I can say they definitely built me a deck that will withstand the rainy season in Seattle and won’t fall apart after five years. I worked with Nick and Alex (their architect) on an investment property I'm remodeling in Ballard. They were able to pull all necessary permits, source materials with a great discount, deliver everything and do the actual work. We turned the kitchen into an "open concept" so we had to remove one of the load bearing walls. Alex and his engineer drew all the required plans and calculated the beam size for that. Nick and Mike installed cabinets, flooring and their crew installed countertops. Very good work quality and materials they helped me source. Will use them next time 👍🏽

I am just amazed by the bathroom transformation that RENOVA did in our Mill Creek home. From the very first call Mike lead me through the process, he involved his interior designer who worked with me and helped me bring my ideas together that would compliment the overall look of the bathroom interior. We added a master and guest bedroom and master bath basically remodeled the entire upstairs of our 40 year old home. We lived on our main floor for nearly 2 months, which we thought would be impossible. Recently got my primary bathroom remodeled, turned the tub into a walk-in shower, and it came out so beautiful. Elena , my designer, really has an eye for this stuff—she guided me through picking options I didn’t even know I wanted. Nick, my project manager, was super involved, always answering my questions and concerns, really helpful too. The best part of the reno has to be the 4-shelf shower niche. The tile work is amazing, and it fits all my shower stuff with room to spare. Didn't even know a niche like that was possible, but now it's not only great to look at but super functional. Would definitely use this team again for future projects and highly recommend.

Nick and the Renova team updated a bathroom in our condo in Seattle. They removed a shower insert and glass door, upgraded the shower head and faucet, and tiled the shower area. They did a really nice job, especially with the tiling work. We were in Oregon during the entire job, and we appreciated Nick’s communication with us that included progress reports with pictures at the end of each day. We will definitely consider them for future jobs.

We worked with Nick and the Renova team for our bathroom remodel and only have great things to say. Our Queen Anne home was built in the 1930's and had many quirks and the last time the bathroom had been touched was the 70's. They trusted our vision and design and gave realistic but reasonable quotes to get us to that vision. It only took them 2.5 weeks to do a significant remodel and the results are amazing. We hired Renova to do some trim/frame repair work and painting for newly replaced window glass at our City Hall building and they were very professional and communication was great.

I recently hired this team to repair my roof after a fire and to build a deck above it, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The project was complicated — after the fire, the roof began leaking, and they had to gut part of the ceiling to let everything dry out. They handled every step professionally and thoroughly. They rebuilt the damaged walls, repaired all the interior areas affected by water, replaced the trim, and repainted so everything looked fresh and seamless. They were also great about addressing every punch-list item, big or small. Throughout the entire process, they were on time, on budget, and consistently communicated what they were doing. The quality of their work really shows, and my home looks better than it did before the damage. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, skilled contractors.

I was looking to renovate my bathroom, and I got an in-person visit and quote the same day I reached out. Unlike other contractors who over promise and under deliver, Mike and Nick were the opposite. They gave realistic timelines and ultimately exceeded all our expectations. They’d notice things my husband and I didn’t catch and would fix them right away. If you want honest hardworking people to help you make your home beautiful, I highly recommend them!

We had an issue with water leaking in from the corner of our daylight basement, due to how the house was built there were multiple different issues with water leaking in our basement and it was a mess with black mold and water damage. We had Renova come out and look and they were very straightforward and transparent with what needed to be done, they were not just trying to get the job they were honest. They came all the way out from Seattle to Stanwood and did a very thorough job in repairing the black mold damage and they completely dug around the outside foundation of our daylight basement to water proof very thoroughly. It was a very big project but it needed to be done. We had them re paint our downstairs, build a 1,000 square foot back patio, build a new back deck, and we plan on using them to do more work. We are very happy with their hard work and attention to detail and highly recommend them.

Dimitri and his team are amazing craftsmen! They worked on our older Seattle mid century modern home to completely gut and update our three bathrooms. Their attention to detail is amazing and they treated our home like it was their own. They made sure to cover all the floors and drape the house with plastic to manage dust which we really appreciated. From demo up to delivering the final product he was very communicative and included us in decision making. They worked and coordinated so well when other subs came in. We trusted Dimitri and his team and our dogs loved them too. I have rehabbed many homes and I have never seen the amazing tiling craftsmanship that they delivered in three distinctly designed bathrooms. They work hard and were completely dedicated to our project to get it done on time and within our budget. In closing, I will hire them again for a couple of other major projects we have to finish our home.

I was recommended to Renova by my friend Sao for a toilet replacement. They were super responsive and literally got an opening next-day to stop by and do the work in less than 2 hours for a very reasonable price. I was impressed by how considerate they were - they asked if I wanted them to remove their shoes and, when I didn't, instead asked for a towel to clean their shoes so they wouldn't stain the floor. They did a really great job - I only wish they had taken away the existing toilet but I can do that myself for not too much pain.
